Guaranteed lawns planted between April thru Oct 10th. Our guarantee does vary depending on the
weather. When planting out of the guarantee period we cant guarantee you will get a fine quality lawn like we are custom
to giving our customers.
We guarantee a solid stand of grass on acceptable soil, providing lawn care is in compliance with our instructions,
we can not be responsible for preexisting factors beyond our control such as neglect, disease, weeds, annuals, crabgrass,
insects, fungus, abuse, or hostile acts or if LATE FALL planting. If late fall planting fertilize by March 15th the
following Spring
